We do our best to only approve advertisement campaigns from reliable companies, but we not own or control other networks, sites, or hyperlinked sites outside of our own site, including the outside vendors accessed through our site. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our advertisers campaigns.
- Users expressly agree not to engage in any use or activity that is unlawful, harmful to adults or minors, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We remain the right to terminate your account in the above mentioned cases, as well and not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
- Upon registering you MUST provide: a valid email address; your location (city, town or village) and your real name. Any false personal information will lead to account termination.
- Standard Members MUST be active in order to receive payouts. If you request a payout as a Standard Member and you are not active for more than 2 days your money will be returned to the main balance within your account, you may request the payment again, but make sure that you are active every day until you receive the payment.
- You are allowed to have ONE (1) PTC account (Standard or Premium) per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one Paid To Click account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts using the same computer and IP address are ONLY allowed for the 8 PTP Memberships: Copper, Bronze, Silver, Golden, Emerald, Sapphire, Platinum and Diamond.
- It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind prohibited. If we catch you using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
- Your upline cannot be changed.
- All purchased items are non-refundable.
- We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
- Annual income projections for our PTP Program will be the following:

₁ Cost = €1.00 per year and 10 Copper referrals required 4 levels deep
₂ Cost = €2.00 per year and 10 Bronze referrals required 4 levels deep
₃ Cost = €4.00 per year and 10 Silver referrals required 4 levels deep
₄ Cost = €8.00 per year and 10 Golden referrals required 4 levels deep
₅ Cost = €15.00 per year and 10 Emerald referrals required 4 levels deep
₆ Cost = €30.00 per year and 10 Sapphire referrals required 4 levels deep
₇ Cost = €60.00 per year and 10 Platinum referrals required 4 levels deep
₈ Cost = €120.00 per year and 10 Diamond referrals required 4 levels deep
- PTP Memberships will earn commissions of the same membership rank or any other membership with a lower rank as follows:
Membership → You will earn from your referrals if they are:

• Bronze → Bronze and Copper
• Silver → Silver, Bronze and Copper
• Golden → Golden, Silver, Bronze and Copper
• Emerald → Emerald, Golden, Silver, Bronze and Copper
• Sapphire → Sapphire, Emerald, Golden, Silver, Bronze and Copper
• Platinum → Platinum, Sapphire, Emerald, Golden, Silver, Bronze and Copper
• Diamond → Diamond, Platinum, Sapphire, Emerald, Golden, Silver, Bronze and Copper
❋ These Benefits are account related and will not affect nor benefit the entire group.
❋ Members will have a 24 hours window to upgrade their accounts to a higher membership rank and get retroactive benefits.
- We rent referrals on a yearly basis, rentals last 365 days and can be renewed for the same period again.
- Posting topics or messages in our forum or any social network, blog, website or forum that may directly or indirectly intend to damage the image of 4x4Bux.com, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered a serious offense and might lead to account termination.
- Support tickets will always be answered. Please be patient as we would do our best to answer as soon as possible. If you would like live information: Find us on FACEBOOK.
- We NEVER suspend upgraded members, the only requirement is to click on 2 or 3 ads every 3 months to prevent automated account deletion due to inactivity.
- In order to keep our database optimized the system will automatically perform the following tasks:
• Auto-remove STANDARD Members who didn't click on ads for the last 30 days.
• Auto-remove ALL Members who didn't click on ads for the last 90 days.
- Terms of Service modifications:
4x4Bux reserves the right to make changes, revise and update any information contained in our Terms without prior notice. Any changes to these provisions will be incorporated into our Terms of Service. Changes shall be effective when they are posted.
By using our services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms and conditions.

Main Currency Change
